Trip to Iowa
Aidan took his first trip on an airplane this weekend. He was a super traveler and had lots of fun attending Aunt Katie's high school graduation party. On the flight there, he listened to some tunes with Daddy and took a long nap. Fortunately the seat next to us was empty so he could spread out!
He rode the four-wheeler with Daddy and Grandpa Gary:
Played in the hose and blew bubbles:
Visited with Grandpa Gary and Grandma Connie:
Visited with Great Grandma Janet:
Played with Aunt Katie and Aunt Jennie:
And sat in his own seat (because we had an empty seat next to us on the flight home too, yay!) with his seatbelt buckled like a big boy on the flight home:

Sebastian Splash Pad
Aidan had the BEST time at the Splash Pad in Sebastian. It's super fun running through the water jets! He was a little cautious at first, but it didn't take long for him to start running around like a crazy man.

Aidan's 14 Month Photos
We had our favorite photographer, Beverly Bennett (www.beverlybennettphotography.com), take some family pictures for us. So of course, the night before our photo session, Aidan trips in the garage and gets a lovely cut/bruise/goose egg on his forehead! He's still the best-looking boy I know!
We had lots of fun trying to get this one prop picture: Aidan the artist. He was not feeling the hat, but amazingly we got some perfect shots!
After all that, he didn't want to give up the paintbrush.

Listening to Mommy
Aidan is a very good boy, and he usually listens to Mommy ... even when he's thinking about being mischievous! Recently though, he's learned to shake his head "no."

Trip to the Zoo
We had a super fun time on our trip to the Brevard Zoo. Aidan played in the water at the Paws On Play Area. He got to pet an alpaca and a pygmy goat in the petting zoo. Watched the string rays and fed the lorries (no, that one isn't biting his finger!). And at the end of the day, he and Daddy pretended to be Greeny and Loggy, the sea turtles.
