It's Scheduled

Well, it's official. Aidan is still breech so the doctor has scheduled a c-section.
Wednesday, March 11, 9:30 a.m.
Aidan will be here in 2.5 weeks!

Shower

Here are a couple of photos from the shower on Jan. 31. Patti and Alicia did a beautiful job of decorating the house and making the day very special.

The Video

Yay! We were able to get the video today. You kind of have to use your imagination here, but it's still pretty cool. Sometimes he has monster face in the 3D video, but you can see him moving his lips and mouth. In the 2D video, you can see his heart beating (the fluttering in the center of the screen), his chest rising and falling as he practices using his lungs, and his lips and mouth moving. If you look closely at the left side of the screen, you can kind of see him stick out his tongue right near the end of the video ... at least that's what my ultrasound tech told me :0)!

3D Ultrasound

Today was our second attempt at a 3D ultrasound and this time Aidan cooperated! He's still breach and still nestled up near the top of the uterus, so the pictures aren't as perfect as they could be ... but we think they're pretty cool. We were supposed to get a video too, but the disc they gave us only has still images on it. Hopefully, I can still get a copy of the video and post it!
